iPhone の OS を iOS8 にアップ・グレードすると Air Sharing (iPhone) が起動しなくなる問題の解決方法を，メーカーのユーザー・サポートに確認しました．
- 機内モードにする．
- Air Sharing を起動する．
- 機内モードを無効にする．
以上で正常に起動するようになります．
2015.3.3 追記：次回バージョンアップでこの回避策を取らなくても正常に動作するようにすべく，現在対策中とのことです．また，小さな会社なので，iTunes で販売している各国の公用語でのサポートが提供出来ていないため，日本の皆さんに回避策の提供が出来ていなかったことをお詫びするとのことでした．

– Quit Air Sharing app on iPhone
– Turn on Airplane Mode
– Launch Air Sharing app
