Placement of all contest recipes

All XML files used for contest recipes must be placed in a folder called “CCContests” in the user’s home directory. In UNIX directory terms, that would be “~/CCContests”. CabConverter 2 examines the CCContests directory and consumes all files of the type .xml upon startup. Each contest is then added to the contest selection ComboBox in the lower left panel.
